We believe the best way to understand what you want and what you expect from a home remodeling design & build firm is to ask you. Completing this questionnaire is essential before our first on boarding call to help guide us through our first conversation. The answers you provide will give us a great insight and serve as the preliminary foundation.
Estimating “Bracketing Costs”
In developing your project, we ask all clients to forward pictures of their home and the space(s) to be remodeled. Since 1992 we have helped over 2,000 clients achieve their goals. With this experience we will provide “Bracketing Costs” for other similar jobs to help you compare and create your value. Are you tired of the usual experience? Calling and calling countless contractors to get two to answer your call and waiting weeks to receive your estimate. Within three business days of your first contact with us we will answer your budget question.
Detailed Scope of Work
By now, you have received your bracketed costs “ballpark” based on your questionnaire, our on boarding call, your submitted pictures and our 28 years of experience. Have we done a great job of communicating and understanding your goals? Does our Bracketed cost answer your Value Equation and are we inside your expected budget range? A decision cannot be made without our Scope of Work. Please understand though that this takes time, energy and resources. With an onsite consultation fee, we offer selective on-site appointments for our clients. We won’t come and take notes and see you in three weeks. Please give us approx. 3 hours and we will generate floor plan drawings if needed, Exterior elevation drawings if needed, further discuss your project to delineate design selection allowances and create the detailed scope of work. Our Scopes of Work are compiled through transparent cost code accounting, “progressive incrementation”, architectural drawings, interior design, material and labor costs and developed with easy to understand descriptions. You will feel confident that your project is starting off on the right foot with easy to understand descriptions and costs based on reality-not just estimates.
